I offer both in-person (NYC) and online sessions that integrate Somatic Intimacy/Sex/Relational coaching, Yoga (meditation, breath-work), and Reiki (energy healing and nervous system regulation).

The specific structure of sessions look differently for each of my client’s goals/needs, and evolve as we continue our work.

A little more about me :)

I’ve had a wild, untamed, and incredibly beautiful journey in the realms of sexuality and spirituality. These areas of my life have never been separate. I’ve been to the depths of the underworld, and I am personally acquainted with my deepest desires. I have used all of my experiences, even the painful ones, as tools for transformation and to become a healer AND to experience more pleasure and joy than I ever thought possible.


I spent 3 years in the mountains of Colorado learning the power of the mind-body connection through long distance meditative running and extended deep meditation (5+ hours of sitting). After this inward journey, I moved to New York City and became a certified coach, yoga teacher, and reiki healer. I use ancient healing, research supported modalities and lived wisdom to help people who are ready to step into their unique self and build authentic relationships.

    That’s why I incorporate space for you to deepen your mind-body connection and regulate your nervous system.

    I teach a specific style of Yoga that focuses not just on physical alignment, but on ancient (and science supported) breath-work and meditation practices that when practiced regularly can create more control over your physical responses and increase mental clarity.

    Reiki is a powerful stress management tool that helps return your nervous system to its most calm and regulated state.

    It’s really important to integrate change in your body while you are gaining new skills and ways of operating. If you don’t, it’s like going to the gym but not changing your diet, you won’t be optimizing your benefits.
