    I offer sliding scale pricing for low-income, BIPOC, Autistic, LGBTQIA+ community members. A commitment does apply. Please reach out for more information.

  • Your first session is all about getting to know each other and establishing a safe container together. Unlike therapy where you may be giving your entire back story up-front, we will organically work on building a healthy and secure coaching relationship. We won’t ever push past your comfort levels, instead we will work to grow and develop your capacity to be authentically in connection in an enjoyable way.

  • The practices and tools we use are helpful for anyone who’s ready to find more joy and satisfaction in their life.

    My clients have ranged from Finance CEO’s to Abstract Painters. If our coaching relationship is not the best fit, I have a network of other Coaches and Healers I can refer you to.
